As an introvert, it can seem daunting to consider starting a new business. You can probably list off the many qualities that make you all wrong for being a business owner, but some of those qualities that you think are negatives, might actually be positives. Maybe you’re a procrastinator, but chances are that if something means a lot to you and you truly want to do it, you will find a way to get it done.

Discovering the best ways you work, whether alone or in a team, how much or little sleep you can run off of and figuring out if you’re a doer or a thinker are all things to consider when deciding to start a business.

What We’re Talking About

  • Needing Others

  • Taking Action

  • Something More

Other People

Whether you are an extrovert or introvert, you still need and crave other people in your life. When starting a new business, you need to discover and decide on what level you want others to be involved in your life and business. Whether it’s finding a mentor or a team, the choice is completely up to you, but it takes knowing yourself to decide on what you need to succeed.

Taking The First Step

Taking action is what starts the wheels in motion when it comes to starting your business as well as creating clarity for the direction you want to go in. When you start acting with intention, you are paving the way for what should happen next.

Wanting More

So many of us want for more but have stayed put out of fear. If you don’t take action and chase after what you want, then you will feel less confident and will start to question who you are. Not taking action and continuing on the path that isn’t fulfilling you and making you happy is draining, but not knowing what the next step is cannot be your excuse to not take one.

I believe in you and know that you are capable of doing whatever it takes to be happy and lead a fulfilling life.
