We all start the year out with great intentions, but lord knows things pop up and motivations waiver.
Then sure enough, you wind up feeling guilty and doubtful by Jan 3rd, because you’re already behind on those big (and little) goals you set {I swear one year I’ll start making my bed}.
But here’s the thing:

2) It's all about how you handle tomorrow.
Have you ever seen Rocky? Rudy? The Karate Kid?!?!
They always stumble, it’s part of the story!
You’re supposed to have mini set backs, learnings, speed bumps along the way.
The key is to KEEP GOING.
That’s the difference between people who follow through and accomplish big things and those that don’t.
It’s in your ability to keep going.
So - how can you get your ass back on that horse for 15 minutes tomorrow?
Just 15 minutes… not an entire gym class, or an 8 mile run, not an entirely cleaned out garage, 24 hour juice cleanse or 3 interviews for that new dream job lined up.
Just 15 minutes. Just go for a walk around the block, choose an apple over chips, maybe you just need to clean out the front seat of your car or text that friend who always inspires you with their job.
Imagine 15 minutes forward ever single day… come February you’d be pretty darn far.
And if you’re feeling inspired this very minute, my beautiful friend Alex would say, Today is not Over yet.
And Tomorrow is Waiting for your Comeback.
