Heyoo! We’re coming at ya hot with a new podcast today that’ll get your buns in gear in no time.
Do you have a list of things you’d love to do, but you’re just not getting to it because you’re ‘too busy’ or you’re afraid of rejection?
What if I told you that with just a few small changes, you could slowly work your way towards your goal? Would you believe me? Well listen up, because this is what we’re addressing today!
What we’re talking about
The real reason you haven’t started yet and why you’re feeling so stuck
A checklist you can create to get you started and moving today
3 things you can do to make this your new normal and not fall back into your old routine
Why you aren’t moving forward
“Most of the people who don’t move forward aren’t doing it because they can’t find the time or they’re too busy, it’s because they care – you care! You have high standards and you want it to be good.”
When your standards are so high that they stop you from moving forward, your high standards are no longer serving you. How do you then maintain your high standards but still keep the momentum going and moving forward?
3 Ways to get moving today
Focus on providing value and then immediately hit send
Create a system or checklist that allows you to say yes! This will define what value means to you. Get together a ‘good enough’ guideline, if it meets all your criteria then go ahead and hit that send button!
Acknowledge the haters! Trust in your ability to handle the challengers
Don’t absorb or react to their negativity, instead use that fear you have about them as a way to check in with yourself and acknowledge some insecurities and feelings.
Practice bravery daily
Do something to move forward every single day, no matter how small the steps are. Be consistent in your dream and feel proud of the steps you have taken.
Your life is important and so are the things you do and want. So, what will you do today that will get you moving in the right direction and on to your bigger purpose?
I love you guys - thanks for always listening and being my peeps. I hope you enjoyed this as much as I did.
