There's a difference - and give me a fist bump if you agree - between a group of people who are kind and lovely... and a group of people who are kind, lovely, and just "get" you.

They "get" and love every last flaw-filled-imperfect high and low of you.

Your tribe will make all the difference... especially in how you feel about yourself.

They love you when you fall, and lift you to grow into the person you want to become.

But before you find that tribe - it all starts with you.

It begins with knowing who you are, and what makes you come alive.

And then the trick is to build an intentional life around that.

The holidays are riddled with emotional baggage and overstuffed to-do lists... so we're taking a few small moments to set some Intentions together, as a group, or as some might call... a tribe.
