I am going to share some of the items that literally changed my life, led me to my husband, to the business I am running today as well as many more exciting stories and passions. Some of these bucket list items are things that have changed the way I now see myself and the confidence I have in my ability to do really hard things.

Going Through The Motions
We naturally plan and go through our bucket list and create these goals at the beginning of the year but often we forget to take stock halfway through the year by relooking at the things we really want to be doing. What happens is that we get into routines, some that we don’t even love and we start living off our to do list. All of a sudden, we wake up and blink and its been 3 years and we’ve done nothing that’s exciting or that we look forward to.
3 Bucket List Items To Say Yes To
These items are easy but life-changing and they are all things that I think if you put at the top of your to do list this year, will impact your relationships, your business and your life.
1. Choose a passion
By the end of the month you should be able to say: I love ______ or I am passionate about ______ (it could be a language, a place, a thing)
This will make you more confident in who you are and what you do and it will also give you new and interesting things to contribute to conversations.

2. Become a morning person
By having a morning routine, you can set the tone for the day, be more in control of your day, be more productive.
Think about something you really want in your life that’s not there, commit 15 minutes tomorrow doing a morning routine that works towards that.

3. Find a mentor
This is someone who is going to inspire you more, someone who is doing something awesome and who can show you how to be better in every aspect of your life. Start with mini mentors, the goal is simply to get more inspiring people in your circle.
Write down a few names of people you admire, do research on them and engage in what they do.
Life Changing Moments
What I learned from making that jump from a 9-5 to starting my own business is that you have to start with one thing, you have to start somewhere. I followed my curiosities, if I didn’t, I would never have ended up at a free life coaching seminar where I ended up meeting so many amazing people that would lead me into this brand-new world.
